Conversion, SHACKwave to SHOCKwave...I hope...

I got one of the Radio Shack (or other store) gray Shockwave toys that sold during the same time as that year's Transformers line. Ran on Ebay for about $30 or so, and the electronics still worked. Nice deal.
Well, I've had it for a couple of years, and I finally decided to paint him up like Shockwave.

The purple is lighter than the original, but I think it's a nice shade. But I'm facing a dilemma. I bought the spray paint I'm using about a year ago. I'm running low, and I can't find any more of it. It was a Krylon spray paint, called "Home Decor." The shade was Plumb Royale Satin.
I thought I found a comperable shade of Krylon Int/Ext Plumb, but it's a half-shade darker. Plus it's gloss. And this other stuff really did have a nice glove-like fit over the surfaces I've painted with it.
I'm hoping I have enough left in this one can to finish the project--I've actually painted the other leg, as well as the head and front half of the body. I think I have enough to complete the back half and the speaker compartment, so hopefully I'll have finished pictures soon.
