BW Ravage

Heres what Ive started, not very experienced, not had a lot of time doing it and being put off but a liquid epoxy. As I sanded the chest, holes came up from using two different epoxy.
I have based BW Ravage as much as possible on the cartoon but wanted it to transform as well. The paint scheme on the body isn't finished BTW but basically like that a part from black on the silver area and silver on the chest.

Orignally I wasn't going to use Cheetor's head but had problems painting the red eyes on a custom epoxy head I made.
I will fill in the screw holes in the head, join the Cheetor's hands/bottom Ravage's jaw together and fill in the holes.
Not sure how I will make the head retract and extent but Im looking into the idea of using springs based on how clicking mechanism in pens after I get some Bionicles ball joints for the head.
No idea for the hands and guns yet, I prefer looking for used/broken figs on Ebay but I keep trying making my own using epoxy.
