With a sword from a Generic robot, i decide to give it to Menasor, but the hole of the hand was made for hold his gun.

...so i made a hole with the Dremel for fix the problem

The sword is the same that i used in my Cybertron Deluxe Optimus

Menasor's new sword (i only need to repaint it)

Nice - I've got a few of those swords myself. One thing I'd recommend, though, is to sand the handle so it's all the same 5mm round, right up to the hilt. It looks awkward having the hilt so far away from the hand. Once you'd reshaped the handle, you could then trim it to length, to suit the 'bot you're giving it to.

I decided to make a better sword for Menasor (the Black one will be for Armada Megatron)

I covered that "Eye of Thundera Wanabee" with epoxic clay

New sword for Menasor almost done

it looks like he's simply pinching the hilt between thumb and forefinger, and not HOLDING it... I'd sand down the top portion of the hilt so you can slide it all the way into the fist.

Like I said.
As nice as the sword is, it just looks completely off-balance being held right at the tip of the handle. If you actually held a sword like that, you'd lose your grip first time you swung it.

Big swords look nice with these bots and cons. I agree with Ramrider about the design of the second sword. I know it's not Sturm's fault, but the handle design is bad. I have the same sword and it was one of the first things I ever customized. I whittled the top part of the handle down and made it the same size as the lower handle.

Yeah, it's not hard. I haven't done it to one of the swords yet (simply by dint of not having anyone I wanted to give it to - although my Menasor-in-the-making is a potential candidate), but I did mod one of the accompanying guns to give to my Fusion Hound (AKA Energon Ironhide mod), and it worked great.

Of course another option is to cut that handle off all together and drill a hole into the hand guard, and put a piece of wire into a piece of styrene tubing and into that hole for a new handle like I did for my Energon saber which will soon be the Sonic Saber for my Cl Superion.

You could. But that'd be twice the effort, when you can just file the existing handle. Add to that the fact that you'd then have a potential weak point inthe handle (even if you do pin it), and it's just a false economy. The material's already there, it doesn't need replacing.
It was the same thing when I filed the clip from my E-Megatron sword. I could have cut the clip off and made a new handle. But the clip had plenty of mass to it, and it's much sturdier the way I did it, because it's still all one piece rather than two glued together.

Well to be more precise I used a scored rod from a tf. I drilled a hole in the handle of the Energon saber and then drilled out the styrene tube to the same diameter as the hole I drilled. To be honest Ramrider I think that spending all of that time filing would actually take longer than the 3-4 minutes I took just drilling and hammering the handle I made together. The scored rod actually goes from about 1/2-3/4" into the old handle of my sword. I had to make my sword's handle longer because Superion could barely hold it.

The chinese made a very basic handle design, but just a little modification with the dremel and that's fixed.
