My Masterpiece Skywarp! (Work in progress!)

Hi everyone,
I've been working on this character for the last few days and am looking to have it mostly finished by tonight.
A big difference with this figure versus other customs is that my seekers I am working on are all going to have their primary shade in Authentic NATO colors........Skywarps black is the same black used on Stealth bombers. The light grey used on him is USAF grey used on their fighter jets........this will be Starscreams new primary color scheme once I start working on him.......The color layouts are going to be VERY close to how the G1 characters look.

I really like the idea of using authentic military colors. Judging by the little bit we see in the picture, it looks like you're doing a good job. Time will tell I suppose!

The military colours are a really nice idea, and it looks like you've got a nice smooth paintjob going there. Gotta admit though, I'd've liked to see the silver chest bits instead of the grey.
As an aside, is there a reason there're two threads for this?

Here's the robot mode thus far!
Well, Skywarp is now assembled! Here is a pic of the robot mode. The NATO black and NATO light grey really lend themselves nicely here. I still have more work to do, but this'll definitely give you an idea of where I am headed with this!

Thanks for the great compliments everyone. I currently started work on MP Starscream in NATO USAF Light Grey and should be done by this weekend. Once I finish, I am going to be offering these three seekers to the lucky bidder on Ebay. I am going to make three more after this for my own personal collection. At first I thought doing a custom on these was a bit hard, but now that I've done a couple, they're not so bad. =)
