Yeah ok, this is my first attempt to articulate a G1 car-bot.
Nothing to be impressed of but I practice on the bots that are'nt too expensive... Oh, I had to get rid of the wings... :(

wow, if you were to put that in an aution on yahoo japan or something, some sites like say, the allspark or tfw would probally take it as a real test shot

lol, I really doubt it but thanks
I did'nt really put all my efforts into this... looks like somebody's first kitbash but it is a test shot to see if it is worth doing to my other G1 carbots like sideswipe, Jazz, Prowl etc..

This is cool. Those joints add so much to that toy.

OT: I still remember the day I found a bin full of Omnibots at a Rinks store. Blew my mind, since I knew they were supposed to be mail away figures. I got me a Downshift, that day.

The only things I'd change are the lack of wings, the inability for the head to turn, and the feet not being red or able to transform. Overall though, like I said before, I really like this custom.

Thank me for the dick that I am!! I followed the original color scheme and did'nt realize I should have painted the feet red...
I think there may be no answer for the wings. You gotta have the toy to realize it. The torso is empty to let the wings go inside when in "off" position. The head is pretty darn complicated to make swivel.
Bah, like I said, this was for training and I'm not gonna try this on G1 Sideswipe...not ready!
Thanks guys!

Bah, I think you're ready! You did a damn fine job on this guy with minimal modification. I especially love how you masked the parts so it's not obvious where they came from. You can do it man!
