Blackout was a simple kitbash made from a Mega Blocks NeoSeaker. Simply repainted into darker colours & slightly modified in places.

He was originally going to be entry mode Barricade, which is why the toro is mainly black. However I changed my mind after realizing his head looked more like Blackout, then I decided on a protoform Blackout with both an entry mode and an alt mode. No modification was needed for the alt mode, I just opened out the entry mode into a two-rotor helicopter. Of course he doesn't look like the Prequel comic version, that would have been difficult to do going from the frame i was using. He's a lot thinner in this form, which i prefer: He seems more mobile in this form, rather than the huge hulking thing depicted in the prequel comic. The movie earth mode is half way between the two so I think it works quite well.

Scorpinok came from what I can assume is the NeoSeakers Pilot. I cut of his feat, repainted him, and changed his robot mode so he looked more scorpion-ish. As he would only roll up into the ball he's stored as if he had two legs I decided to keep both of them as a dual tail feature. You'd think Cybertron Scorpinok would think two tails are better than one. The paint rubs of him quite easily and he was difficult to paint, so parts of him look paintless.

Hope you like it.

Definitely NOT what I expected when you said you were going to be making a Protoform Blackout, but I like it!

Yeah, totally not what I was expecting, but ace all the same! He does suit Blackout better than he would have done Barricade I think. And that Scorpy is really sweet

You had a good idea, but I can't say the Neo-Shifters part is as good. I personally think they are too scrawny to be certain Tf's.
But, you did good painting, and it's getting somewhere, so keep on going.

Yea, didn't turn out as I'd imagined, hopefully going to come back to it when I have time to add parts & such, also I need to touch up the paint on the parts that scratched when I put it back together.

Hopefully I'll be able to find something to up the arms, a little to scrawny there. Needs some armor.

Thanks for the compliments guys ^^

Never liked the Neo-Seekers, but the paint job is great, and it fits Blackout pretty well.
