New Movie Soundwave Custom! Now on ebay!

Ages ago I posted a Soundwave custom here. I had originally intended to sell him on eBay, but as time went by, I just fell in love with him, and we've been together ever since. However, now that "Offroad Ironhide" is out, it was time to have another go at it. Here he is- 99% finished MOVIE SOUNDWAVE!
(He's still wet, so I'll have alt pics up in a few hours.)

Basically all he needs now are his faction symbols, and he'll be ready for market.
Here are a few shots of how I modded the head. Contrary to what some people might tell you, there's slightly more to it than just turning it around backwards.

I Dremeled off what I didn't need and built up areas with epoxy putty. The brand I favor is called "Quikwood" because it sets in 20 minutes and is easy to carve (and it has a funny name.) It's hard to see in the picture but as the last step on the facial details, I let the putty set and then carved in what i needed to be sharp- such as the center line on the mouthplate and the sides of the crest. The front of the crest is a bit of styrene that I cut to shape and glued on.
Here's a pic of Soundwave 2.0 next to his older brother.

The stickers that I have don't want to stay on his chest piece, so I'm going to put it on the hood. I just can't decide on one big one that splits in half or one off to the side. Ideas?
Comments and suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
I'll have the ebay link and the alt mode pics up soon.

Very very cool!

I like the new one a lot better than the first.

The only critique I can offer, is that I prefer the shin guards on the original better.

Awesome job!!!

Liking it. Personally, though, I think the '09 BB mold is better.
Still, you did a very nice job, especialy on the head molding.

Thanks for the kind words! I don't often do the same figure twice, so I was able to work a lot of refinements into the second one. I tried to give the second one a darker, meaner look. The knees are the only place that I actually went flashier. What I had in mind was how the G1 figures would have those crazy colorful patches for little to no reason. G1 SW's knees are Christmas trees!
Well, I'm committed now, he's on eBay!

Thanks WJ!
About the Topkick, it's boxy and mean. That's Soundwave. If it was a proper pickup it could even carry guys around in the back.

Amazing job. I think the Decepticon Symbol might work on one of the back panels to the right or left of the roof section. Perhaps where the gas tank would be.

Oh he's sooooo sweet!
Droooool....
I'm not sure which one I prefer, I love 'em both for different reasons.
How did you get the metallic blue? Pre-mixed, spray, or a transparent blue over silver??
