SKY LYNX PROJECT

hello again !!!
here is another project of mine that i,ve started some time ago...a 2 foot long sky lynx !! and based on dreamwave,s renderings...
neck is installed to the main body and i,m now making the wings !!! you can see the leading edge of the wing that opens up.. and believe it or not this getting more and more complex !! (and i was thinking i would be the contrary lol) well here they are !!

What are you planning to use for the lynx part?
I suspect he'll be a scratchbuild.

yep you,re absolutly right.. and due to the fact that it,s basically just a "box" form means i,ll be able to make an alternate form that i want... maybe a base or a tank/armor vehicle.. at this point i,m not sure...
well the wing system is all figured out (allot of trial and error here) and tada !!! theses wings will look great when they,re done ... remember this is only the mechanism and not the final wing apperance

well i,ve tested the paint tonight... i have mixed feellings... i wanted metalized paint but as you can see it,s much darker then the toy version... so i,m debating wheter to keep this dark blue that is metalized or use a lighter blue but normal....

well i,ve decided to change the visors !! now you can see the inside of the cockpit as well and i think it looks better as well !!!

the tail section has started !!! well actually about a week ago but this has been a hard section to do... very restrictive space...

lol not just yet on ebay... some elements of a crawler such as tank treads will be incorporated in it... it will be a command center as well and possibly a sort of armored/tank vehicule as well
