Which do you guys consider "canon"? (heh, pun intended)

My Galvatron's actually already repainted; but now I have
a TFU and am considering doing another paint job....

I want to repaint a G1 Galvatron right now but I dunno what colors to do it in. That Anime Galvatron looks nothing like Galvatron. I'm thinking Movie Galvatron

To me, Movie G is kinda blue/indigo but toys look better in the purple. Kinda like with Superman, a lighter blue for the comics and a darker blue for the action figures.

i would do movie galvatron just because you usually see the tv series color palette when people do repaints of this one. the purple is just too much too much. (for me)
