Hi guys im just wondering wher or how you can get/make metallic paint.

Go to a hobby shop. Unless you can grind pigments and such, you cannot make your own metallic paint - adding, say, silver paint to red does not make metallic red, it makes a vaguely metallic pinkish grey, for example.

Can you mix a metallic and another color, say a red with metalic flake mixed with a yellow to get a metallic orange?

I've been wanting to use a metallic orange for my alt Rodimus.

which brand of paint will it be?

If you tried, you'd end up with an only marginally metallic orange.

Really, if you want a specific metallic color, you have to buy it or grind your own pigments. I'd reccomend model car paints if you want funky metallic colors, though.

I use the 'fake metallic' method. Apply a silver/metallic silver base coat and then top that with a colored transparent paint coat. I've only tried this once though, and it didn't go well... BUT I'm pretty sure I know what went wrong now!
