There have been plenty of Devastator, Bruticus, Superion and Defensor kitbashes, and they look awesome ... but with Razorclaw being a potential BotCon figure, I started looking at other Transformers for the other Predacons.

Transmetal II Prowl for Divebomb

Transmetal Rhinox for Headstrong

Transmetal II Cheetor for Rampage

Transmetal II Ramulus for Tantrum

Of course these guys would need re-sculpting and retooling, but with a little paint, some spare parts and a little creativity ... Universe Predaking.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions, ideas, comments?

Not a bad idea, man, though I did things differently in this AU idea I have called Transformers Generation 3. This is what I did for the Predacons;

Beast Machines Snarl for Razorclaw
Beast Wars Transmetal 2 Cheetor for Rampage
Beast Machines Longhorn for Tantrum
Energon Divebomb for Divebomb
and Cybertron Backstop for Headstrong

Although I like your idea. Keeps them very mechanically inclined. Especially if it's true that Razorclaw IS one of the upcoming toys in the Botcon '09 stuff.

I saw in one of the Timelines comics that Backstop and Longhorn were used, which isn't a bad idea. The reason I choose the deluxe classes for the rest of the Predacons is I want to see how well they could be kitbashed into a Predaking combiner, since he hasn't really been updated with a more Universe feel

Well, I think it could work out either way. In my story, the Predacons DID lose the ability to combine into Predaking, BUT it is a small sacrifice. I'm sure you can kitbash Predaking together somehow. Good luck!
