I'm looking for a casting of the Shattered Glass Jazz head for a custom Classics Jazz. I've seen several customs made with (purchased) repro-heads but I can't seem to find one myself.

I got a cast of the Botcon Jazz head a little less than a year ago from Wheeljack on our Sector70 site (even posted Jazz WIP stuff back in July of last year). Since then, his molds have bitten it, I believe. The only other person I've heard of lately that is doing them is Frenzy_Rumble over at Radicons (TFW). He also posts over at Sector70, if you want to hit him up. Other than that, I don't know who else might have this, man.
