This is a minor custom of a republic version of thomas transformers.
They are repainted to give a vintage look and a cannon is added to him. Please enjoy.

Wow... does he have that (moderate) articulation innately, or did you add it?

And the cannon's so big it makes me think of the FP City Commander.
