first custom:Scratchbuilt G1 Optimus Prime

okay guys so my idea is to take a mode walmart truck with trailer chop it up and make prime and his battle base
I just got the idea yesterday looking through a lot of boxes and i found the truck so im taking ideas for joints and stuff since this is my first custom so give me some ideas

well u can try to makehis weapons be part of his trucks, like his stacks can be his gun and some wear hiddin can be his energy blade/sword/axe/hook. and if u can try to make him like a classic prime but with a touch of the movie when his a big rig, and as a robot, he can look like both mp and movie prime. also if u can give him the matrix! is that some good ideas?

It's an excellent choice for a first attempt, as there's an enormous amount of official and fanmade Optimus toys out there to check your work against and how well you nailed any particular effects you were after.

thanks for the ideas i really havent had much time to work on it since school started
