Human Alliance Sideswipe repaint

Hi Guys, just finished this one up....repainted him and added rear shock springs and more movie accurate wrist blades.
This is a great figure, I highly recommend you pick one up! I liked the deluxe more at first, but in person this figure is much better! Most pictures on the net make him look fat....i guess its just the angles.

I originally believed that HA Sideswipe is beefcake and very odd looking, however, your paint job really makes him look hella awesome. I'm loving the swords, man, and detail of the paint overall is quite spectacular.

That looks like a CGI image almost ! Very nice work....What kind of colors did you use and what did you use for the blades? Are they detacheable?

I used Testors Enamel paints for the metallic parts. The silver is the actual toy paint...I just gave it a nice shine.
As for the blades, I made them with sheet styrene....and they are removable...they peg into the original rubber blades with a pin.

nice work! i dont care how much kibble is on his back, he makes up for it in his bad ass alt mode and robot mode. did u happen to remove his guns and the stuff for the human? and the swords are styrene right? i need to make swords for my sideswipes.

Your repaint honestly made the figure come to life. The shiny silver paint really caught my eyes. In fact, the whole figure caught good hold of my eyes. Seriously got to say this is as if it's made of gold
