Hey i just got in to repainting my transformers movie guys , i was wounding which color you use to get the robot finshed so good with sideways like what sliiver you use as the base coat ?
Help my with it thanks any one

Do a flat black base coat, let it dry completely, then dry brush (dip just the tip of the brush in paint, then wipe it on a towel until it's almost dry) with silver. Let everything dry, then seal (I use testors Dullcote, but use whatever you like) because it will rub off with handling.

hey i brought this sealer called krylon matte finish , what is the best color to paint Blackout Vehical body ? I use model master acryl .

Blackout would be Battleship Gray (FS36118) overall. The Krylon should be compatible with acrylic, but I'd try it on some scrap first. Wouldn't want to go through all that trouble painting him just to ruin it with the sealer, right?
