The title says it all. Here's a Sunstorm I fixed. This took about 15 minutes. A Hacksaw, a Drill Bit, 2 drops of Super Glue, 2 small pegs, and 4 tiny holes later. I also swapped his rear vertical wings.

And of course you can still use original Animated mode.

I quite like the Ramjet style - maybe you could repaint him?

I have 2 more Sunstorms in the box, so I may repaint one into Ramjet, but this one will remain Sunstorm. I really like orange. I may even drill a couple more holes to see what I can create. I was also thinking a Skyfire/Jetfire repaint/bash would be nice.

Why not use a swivel joint or ball joint instead of pegs so you don't have to remove the wings for transformation?

2 reasons. That would take a lot more time, and would take away from the G1 style homage.
