This is a custom repaint of Universe Starscream...The Autobot version of Starscream...STARFIRE!!
Hand painted with enamels (Mostly dry brushing) Added articulated hands and a LED gun for him.

Character Bio:
Starscream was frustrated with not able to overthrow Megatron...he decided to switch to the Autobots faction to "show" that Megatron cannot defeat him(Starscream) if he was with the opposition side, that he can be a better leader. True enough, alongside with jetfire, he led the aerialbots into a convincing victory in a battle where Dirge and Thrust perished.
Incorporating the Starburst pulse cannon into his arms and fists, he surprised the Decepticons when he pulverised Thrust in a single blast. To top that, the lava blast cannon which perceptor gave him demolished the fleeing Dirge.....

But.....being the traitor that he is....who knows for how long will he stay an Autobot.........

I'd best comment on this one to prevent the awesomeness from getting lost in a sea of topics from over six months ago that new users keep digging up.

I really like the paint scheme. It's different, and not bad different. Unique among repaints. Not a re-hash of any old colour scheme, just some good guy colours, on a bad guy jet to make a good guy bad guy jet (everyone getting all this down?) Anyone can make a "good side" Starscream by slapping say, some Jetfire colours on him, which reading "Starfire" I though this was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised to see that actual though was put into this. Well played!

Edit: The more I look, the more I like just the look of the paint itself, too. Looking at the pictures I can almost smell the enamel paint! Love it!

I like how the colors were done up in robot mode bro... bot so much feeling the plane mode though.. the color just reminds me too much of Dirge.. but thats just me lah haha

yup, he was so badly weathered that i was comtemplating the name "Snowstorm" or "starfire"

Originality totally kicks ass.....I would suggest doing a entire seeker collection with the great theme you created..With the dirge mold along with the thrust/breakaway mold seekers coming out it would epic...

When I first looked at the pictures at a glance I just didn't think much of it. Then after looking for a couple minutes I started seeing more detail. After staring at it for 20 minutes I think it is one of favorite repaints that I have ever viewed on these forums. This is one of the best repaints I have ever seen. I hope you are able to make a living on this stuff, because you deserve to.

i have no plans for any of the rest of the seekers yet...but that is a good idea!
