I fully repainted this figure and this is my second Skywarp Classics repaint. I carefully prepared it to cancel out all rubs and it is actually very nice. The black came out very smooth, almost glass-like. I still have to do the wing stripes, missile launchers, and decals and it'll be done. I won't be selling this one, it will be for my personal collection as Skywarp is not only hard to get but very expensive.

So far that looks pretty sleek. You're a good painter, keep it up!

looking good shadow. one tip for ya though the stabilizing thrusters or what ever on the front of the shins on classics most likely need to be trimmed up where the parts were on the frame coming out of the mold.

I've circled the problem here depending on the individual figure may be raised or a small hole or divot. ir looks lie they just break the parts off the frame instead of cutting them off like they should.

the paint apps are amazing though dude so keep up the good work.

Thanks guys! I tried to fix those shin guards man, I sanded them down until they were smooth and flush the rest of the shin guards but to no avail for appearance improvements.

I'll be painting on the purple stripes soon and his launchers are drying at the moment.

you may want to try using your hobby knife to cut a divot in the plastic, basically cutting out the offending blemish and filling it with putty. let dry and sand smooth. :)
