I know it's been done to death, but I thought I'd try repainting Classics Starscream into Sunstorm. I also made a new un-named seeker. Hope the pictures are clear enough.

Edit: And thanks for the name suggestions. I thought of Ash...something myself. Great minds think alike I also considered "Static..something-or-other" as well. You may see why when you see the full sized pics.

First thing that comes to mind: White Noise.

That paint pattern is quite impressive, how exactly did you accomplish it?

I like the name suggestion. How did I do it? Simple. Originally, the greyish areas were painted solid black. Then, I waited until it was dry and lightly sprayed on some white paint from about 2-3 feet away to give it the ashy/static appearance.

Very nice! Especially with the powder coated texture! Those seekers can be tricky!

The more I think about it, the more I like it. Kudos to Shadowstream for naming my new seeker, Whitenoise!
