ROTF Whirl Problem

Hello citizens of Siebertron!

I have a problem with the Whirl/Grindor/Blackout mold's Automorph. When I took him and got him ready for some mods I transformed him and accidentally messed up some automorph gearing. :BOOM: When his legs are tucked in and I rotate the cockpit to finish the transformation, the legs pop as I flush out the cockpit. I think the gears may be off a notch but cant seem to force it back. :???: Anyone else have this problem? If so, did you have to take him apart to fix it?

well with my first movie blackout when i get him in the helicopter mode his legs wont peg in they just kinda hang there thats why when i use him for something i always try to hold his legs in. i dont know if its the gearing or not but it bugs me that the legs dont peg in :BOOM:

I think it pegs in but the pegs are very weak. That may be the problem but even if I hold him upside down and turn the canopy peice the gearing seems to fight it. :???: Maybe it's quality control as my *Bludgeon* wreakage repaint that was with Whirl has a very loose thigh kibble peice that falls of just by staring at it.
