I really want to cut out the painted headlights in some of my TFs and replace them with clear plastic so I can put some LEDs in. Any ideas on where I can buy the type of plastic I need or what I can do?
If anyone can help I'll love you forever.

Your best bet would be to use the clear window plastic from Transformers packaging. It's clear, thin, and flexible, so it should work for what you're describing. Good luck, hope you find something that works, man.

Thanks! I would've never thought of that. Shows how creative I am!

Just be careful what glue you use!
Super glue will fog clear plastic, and epoxy can distort it. Best bet would be white or crafters glue

I'll second this. If you do use super glue of any kind, you can use Future Floor Finish (Pledge with Future Shine now) to go over the areas fogged by the glue and it should clear them up. It's an acrylic floor cleaner that you can use to seal your customs with or to "save" any clear parts (painting a thin/smooth layer on it seems to clear the foggy look that some glues leave behind on clear plastic).
