Human Alliance Jazz (Generation 1 Style)

Human Alliance Jazz is a remarkable figure. Hasbro has really outdone themselves with this larger, super accurate and detailed Jazz figure. When I first broke him out of his cardboard prison, he begged me to repaint him in his original Generation 1 color scheme.
Jazz's features/upgrades:
- Chrome rims
- Articulated hands (c/o Zildjian)
- Super glossy white paint job
- Custom racing stripe w/ metallic blue
- Custom decals

I don't get it...the Target version of the Deluxe with G1 deco just sucked.
Yet this one looks just right with the G1 color scheme. It fits it so well.
How mystifying.

it's a lacquer paint. Brand is "House of Kolors" - which is actually discontinued and hard to find. But - they are on ebay often. Lacquer's provide an awesome strong shine.

Wow
, That is awsome! didn't like the use of the Solstice for Jazz in the movie, but this looks fantastic. Maybe the movie character needed more color.

Man, this looks amazing. This is just about as cool as anything I have seen. You took an already amazing figure and made it another 1000% better. This is one heck of an upgrade. The fact that you have a lot of vision along with obvious skills applying paint completely knocks this one out of the park. Superior work, F_R.

I scrolled down this page, saw the first shot, and I was seriously at a loss for words. This is one of the best repaints I've seen in a while. I love it! Great job.

I was so amazed at how the paint work looked that I completely missed the fact that you replaced the hands. That does a lot to improve the actual figure.
Again, very amazing.

Nice paint job FR..The decals make it look a bit too busy though..A couple here and there would have been cool but a tad overboard.. I like the hands though, excellent touch..Poor movie Jazz got cursed with dummy hands..

Again a superb custom as always like the hands you used he looks like how Jazz was drawn in lost in space wish Hasbro made it so I could get myself one

Hasbro may have outdone themselves with the figure, but you blew it out of the water with this repaint. I am most impressed. Makes me wish I had the kind of talent and patience needed for a project like this...
