I still have some polishing and minor adjustments to do, but you can see what it is.

Not bad.

I like the Bot/Con design, although before looking at the pictures more closely it looked like sheet metal instead of a whole piece with the bot/con logos carved in.

The only thing thats kind of weird is the hilt itself. The two pipes welded together, or whatever it is, doesn't look like it would be comfortable to hold onto.

However I would imagine some wrapping around the hilt would solve that.

The Sword blade is made from 1/4 inch stainless plate, the handle is made from 4 separate pieces of 1/2 inch stainless tubing, and the Bot/Con logo is one piece made from 2 pieces of 3/16 stainless welded together that slides down over the blade to the handle. The 4 tubes is actually very comfortable measuring 1 inch squared. The entire length of the Sword is about 40 inches. Still have some work to do. All feedback and suggestions welcome.

nice. maybe some jewels for the eyes?

If I had the kind of money it takes to get jewels the size of the eyes I would....
retire.

yeah, I didn't really mean real jewels. but real jewels would be nice. did you hear about the jewel thieves in manhattan posing as fedex employees? they got alot of jewels. they didn't get caught. they probably have some sweet transformers swords now. WITH jewel eyes dude. huh? you, me, you bring the sword and I'll bring nerfect megatron. think about it.

WOW!!!!!! Thats a brilliant idea. I love the look, with the two faction signs.

Here's a small suggestion. Maybe wrap the handle with some sort of braided grip, like traditional samurai swords, or weld rings arond the handle. It would give it more grip when striking at someone(not that you would use it for that, but the idea would come across).

But all in all, that sword f***'in Rocks!!!!
