Grimlock is one of my Favorite all time characters. When I took on the Pretenders I decided the Autobots needed to be more robotic then the monsters, and the monsters needed to be BIG! Well Grimlock needs to be the answer to the size difference. I decided to make Grimlock a 1/60 scale, when the other autobots were 1/100.
As for the pretender, people mentioned i should use a Classic Grimlock, but I'm old school. G1 Grimlock, added articulation and juiced up. I also gave him a Balljoint Dino-neck for the twisting dino head action! Classic Grimlock Head fits perfect with him. I tired to make him different from the previous G1's Grimlocks we seen.

Dude, your Pretenders are just freakin amazing. I have recently starting picking up some G1 Pretenders because they are odd looking and well, goofy. (I love a goofy vintage transformer)But yours are SICK! lovely technique. The added articulation was so well done (like the upgraded Goldbug too). If you DJ 'n this party, can I request a Roadblock or a GunRunner?? Can't wait to see more!

Is that a PG Zaku II you used or a different Zion Mobile Suit?

Also, that modified G1 Grimlock is cool, it looks so much better with the added articulation and Classics head.
