I present to you G2 Redux FLAMEFEATHER....

This is a commission done for a board member who wanted to have all 3 Firecons in a G2 Redux theme. In keeping with that theme Flamefeather was made using a Beast Machines Airraptor. I removed the Dinobot chest chip and filled it in with Apoxy Sculpt. This will allow the client the place a G2 Sticker on his chest. I also custom built him a new weapon (flame thrower) out of plastic rod and card. The flame is made out of a toothpick and hot glue.

Bio:
Violent, twisted and rage filled described Flamefeather BEFORE his exposure to forestonite. Exposure turned him into a flame breathing psycho that only trusts the other two Fircons. In Robot mode he can barely keep himself in check. Stays quiet to keep from flying into a full out rage. In alt mode he loves to make flame tornadoes with his wings and flamethrowers. His rage is a strength but also his greatest weakness and it tends to lead him into carefully planned Autobot traps.

Enjoy and comments are welcome.

It's nice and all, but compared to the original, It doesn't look like many changes were made aside the weapon. It's still cool though, And Ide pay for repaints and such of this quality.

Well it was a straight repaint other then the weapon which also can be held by anyone that can hold a 5mm weapon. I was going to go with a lot of detail like inking the scales and feathers but the client wanted it to look machine casted and painted. The client is always right. the orange over the yellow and blue paint was "fun" to do. LOL!! :KREMZEEK: Oh I do take commissions.

I'm a little short on cash at the moment, maybe in the future, when all this hectic crap dies down for me....

I'm not saying I have the money right now, but how does your commisioning work? Do I ask for a figure to be repainted that Iv'e already sent you? Do you buy it (Or have it) And I pay for It? Hows all that work?
Plus, what are your typical prices? I want to know these things, and availability? Again, If I have to send you the figure, then pay for the re-paint, that may work, but the figure I want, I don't own, and it's beast wars, so yeah. I need answers here. Of course, after the answers, I'll need time to save up and such. I await a reply.
EDIT: Ouch, after re-reading that, I feel like I came off a bit naggy and bitchy, sorry about that, I just havn't done this sort of thing, ever, and was really nervous upon asking the questions is all...

What did Flamefeather do to you that you would insult him by using that crappy mold? :-(
(I'm bagging the mold, not your work btw)

Well it was a commission so the mold was not my choice. :D
