I'm doing a redo on an 07 leader class Optimus Prime but hit a snag. His exhaust pipes came off. Is there anything you guys would reccomend to replace them. I already tried Dum Dum sticks and they didn't stick. :BOT:

Not on theleader class. The voyager has those. I have Nightwatch Optimus, which was only legends and leader.

I Could have swore your post said Voyager first |:|
I Recomend one of two things.
1) Glue the little **** back on
2) Buy 09 Leader prime if you havn't progressed all that much.
3) Mold new ones that are better than the old ones.
That's all I have to say.

Do they still sell ROTF leader Primes in stores or just DOTM?

Just DOTM, though eBay and other online places serve well and cater that figure. you could also get the Jetwing version (wich is FAR superior) But at a HIGH price!

One possible fix would be to drill small holes into both the smokestacks and where they connect to primes body. Then get two fishing hooks (cut off both the barbs and the eyes) and fill the previously drilled holes with a small ammount of epoxy, insert the pins and then hold them in place for a few minutes so they can hold their shape.

I've used this method to fix other types of figures but it should work for what you're attempting. Test it out on a few junker parts first so you get the hang of it. It should work on the rubbery smokestacks but I'm not 100% sure, hence the testing first.

I hope this helps.

What if the smokestacks are unable to be found? Do I keep tryinf other parts or leave him looking like Megatron ripped them off? Before anyone asks, I originally had Nightwatch and Premium Leader Megatron displayed where it looked like he was going to and then my sister bumped into the shelf they were on and Megatron ripped off Prime"s stacks. :BOOM: :???: :BANG_HEAD: :?: :?: :HEADHURTS:

I'd measure the original smokestacks & try to grab a toy truck with similar sized stacks if the originals are too damaged to re-mount.
