That sucks, but is at least understandable on eBay's part. The Diaclone Wheeljack was a licensed product whereas yours isn't. From their POV it makes sense to report it.

That said, I dig the throwback deco and the clean execution. And even though I don't like smoking or advertisements, they totally belong on race car TFs. The pair of Wheeljacks looks pretty cool too, like they're part of a themed combiner team.

But yours doesn't say Marlboro or Marlboor. So how is your custom infringing on their property?
They can't copyright/trademark red-on-white triangular shapes...

Just the mention of "Marlboro" in the auction got it pulled originally. Now it's been replaced with "Diaclone" - No problems.

The Blue Wings, painted face, and less red on the hood, make it pop so much more, kills poor Blackhead.

With Nu-Blue Wings, BLACKHEAD returns, along with silver covered green. (not totally, but it's alot better, don't ya think?)

Wing Detail / Silver covered green, can covered the top of the green knob, but not the whole thing, as the guns attach there.
