AUTOBOT REGENTSo heres my newly created character, Autobot Regent!
Hes cretated from two versions of the same mold, Classics 'Nerf' Megatron, one an original and the other a KO.
Using the red arms and legs from the KO and adding them to the torso and wings of original Megs really seems to make this stand out as being an Autobot!
Popped off Megs head and popped on, no modding, a head from a non-TF 'Protean Police' although the sculpt does remind me of an official Transformer, not sure I can place it?
'Regent' retains his full transformation and is not affected by the head swap.
The KO mold came with the advantage of having a detachable fusion cannon which helps in making this custom not just another Megatron repaint.
A dab of paint and a couple of panel lines and this lazy custom is ready to go!
Tried him out with a clear green 'Energon' sword (from a Poundland figure) and a pair of green blasters (from Constructbots Optimus) which compliment his clear green wings very nicely, although a pair of black duelling swords look pretty sweet too!
I came up with the name 'Regent' as I felt this slim Autobot gave off a certain air of leadership, resposibility and ruling whilst not having an official title or rank.
