FoC Soundwave - Paint Overhaul

Just finished overhauling the paint on my Fall of Cybertron Voyager Soundwave. Very happy with the results! :CON:

Also added some paint accents to Laserbeak, and IMO this little guy needed it:

Here's my boombox mode that is slightly different than most I've seen on the web. Personally, I like this better, as everything tucks in nicely and he sits very flat.

I don't know why but I can't see the pictures D= Which makes me sad cause I really really wanna see what you did with Soundwave.

Oh my! It's so pretty!
You did a great painting job, and yeah, the metallic effect really improve his look!

Wow, makes me wanna start doing some repaint too...

It's amazing how big of a difference a little bit of paint can make to a figure. I got started with very tiny changes to some figures (painting wheel rims silver, for example) until I got comfortable with the techniques, and then started going bigger. If you want to start, I'd suggest starting small on some cheaper figures until you get your technique down, then take on bigger projects. It's really fun!
