I really did enjoy the base mold of Incinerator but I had a "brain burst" of an idea concerning his hands! This is the video discussing what I have done about it.

My gallery and how to photos are located here: https://www.facebook.com/cakedup83/medi ... 204&type=3

Would one of the moderators please figure out why my photos are not populating in the thread? I would greatly appreciate it.

You haven't actually posted any of the photos in your message! You need to insert single image URLs within [IMG] tags for them to show. :D

Close! You need the actual image URL, rather than the page URL.

Right click on the image, 'Copy Image Location' (in Firefox, not sure for Chrome or Safari), paste within tags - you can edit your post above. ;)

Almost there! :D

The URL you need looks something like this (for the first image): https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/ ... 6335_n.jpg

I can't even figure that part out. Where do I need to go to get those links? What part of Facebook?

Right click on the image itself, copy the image's URL (it ends with .jpg in this case), paste it between the tags.

That's pretty cool. They should have done that in the first place, it was such a stupid design.

I so want to try that, but at the same time I'm torn over not doing it because I have the Takara version and I don't want to screw it up. That said, this truly was inspired.

If you check out my tutorial in the Facebook gallery you will see how easy it is to do without destroying the core figure. The hands are fully assembled before you attach them and nothing says that you have to glue them on, I chose to for stability.

Ah. I just scanned through the pictures earlier without clicking on them, so I didn't realize gluing was an option. I'll still mull it over. I'm protective because I almost wrecked him before flipping over his engine covers to be reality-accurate. Do you have any idea how many gears are attached to those propellers? I sure didn't until they came flying out upon opening.

I have all people actually understand. The first Incinerator I messed with I broke trying to be creative with the propellers and it wasn't very cool because it broke in such a fashion that I ruined the spinning gimmick. I was very determined to keep the spinning gimmick intact because the designers had done so well in making it work in all the different positions. Too much effort was spent for it to go to waste. If anyone can acquire the raw materials necessary, I don't have a problem making the hands even if it will be a slow turnaround. For those with the black toy I recommend getting the Airachnid from the arms micron line instead because dying will not be necessary. They are already made from a matching purple plastic plus many retailers are trying to clearance them out for about $10.
