Psittacosaaargh! (AoE-inspired)

There's a regular old quilled Psittacosaurus and there's this... trash drone/minion thingy with this sort of face (yes, like a skinned animatronic with plastic vampire fangs suspended in the middle of it), but no freaky faced, organic Psittaco-Dinobot.
