A bit rubbish since the initial voice sample wasn't distinct enough(who would have thought with Soundwave, heh). I'll rerecord a better one soon. This took an awful lot of different kinds of effects to get working. Some of you might know the "secret" to TF voices(flanging) and the other to Soundwaves, but there are specific things you have to do right that I'll have to make sure to do next time.
