I call it the Combusticons symbol. I'm gonna try to illustrate a team of Decepticons that are Pontiacs only.

1. Road Rammer-1960 Bonneville
2. Glass Pack-1936 coupe
3. Ditch-1970 Firebird
4. Shaker-1969 GTO Judge
5. Fast Back-1980 Trans Am

OOO! Muscle cars. Most excellent. Here's a 72 TA

Nice work! I see can see by the positioning of the windsheild and the front end that you put some thought into how a 72 TA would transform. Right now that's what I'm trying to figure out. There are certain parts of the vehicle that I want to show off more than others. I'm basing the transformations on early G1 Autobots.

It was bound to happen eventually.
But, it's a genius idea. Love it.
Last POntiac TF I made was a '74 Firebird Cliffjumper, for the movie. Since BB is a camaro, why not?

The Solstice is just that amazing to have more then one Transformer based on it

True, outside of the front end they are the exact same car.

Just a quick update on this project. I've got two of the transformations figured out: the Bonneville and the 36 coupe. But now I'm also trying to compose some sort of background story. I didn't want these guys to be just Stunticon clones, wild, free, and untamed on the road. So instead, here's what I've come up with:

The Combusticons are infantrymen who are designed to travel long distances and maintain their stamina until the point of battle. Unfortunately, they are getting old, and on Megatron's "to-go" list because of how battle weary they've become. It is up to them to decide whether to keep fighting, give up, run-away, or defect. let me know what you think.
