Well, it' a self-explanatory title, but it's a first try at it. it's very simple, yes, but I just wanted an opinion.

*Update*
See page 2 for Wreckage.

Almost looks like you're making a figure of my namesake

Looks good.
What exactly did you do?
Changed colour of some bits and added a different car front?
Is this in preparation for an actual kitbash?

Cycrolus: I used GIMP
Optronix: Thanks.
Mulla: Nice try.
Spiritofcat: Basically yeah. Got a pic of a model car, chopped it, and recolored the pic as a whole. Second, I don't have skill enough to try a real version..yet..but I do have a model fit of the car. Just not the figure.

Yep. I used GIMP's airbrush to recolour certain parts.

Optronix, for future reference, there's a nicer way of re-colouring things. Use the selection tool to select the colours you want to change and then use the Tools>Color Tools>Colorize option.
That will change the colour of what you've selected but still leave all the light and dark shading intact.

I use photoshop and desaturate all the color on the parts I want to color. Then use an overlay brush to add color and leave the highlights and shadows.

You're right, that's an even better way, and can be used in GIMP too I think.

Woot I love it, nice job Sherade! I did some of that toy mix with real engine sort of stuff in my photography I class last semester, and I had a great time with it.
Keep up to good work my friend
