This character belongs to ScarlingRagDoll666 at Deviantart.
Her name is Hexane. You can read Hexane's Bio here. http://scarlingragdoll666.deviantart.co ... o-63634680 She is essentially a couple steps above a drone and is a minion who operates under Barricade. Her alt mode is a custom '08 Dodge Charger police car. I may do another version and make her a little more feminine and agile looking.

I guess that head makes her who she is, a very vicious decepticon.

Funny you should ask. They're relatively cheap ones I get at the supermarket. I need to get better ones 'cause I sometimes can't get real thin details in. I use a Uni-ball Micro for the thin line art, and then out line it for weight with a Uni-ball Vision Elite because it flows quicker and makes heavier lines.
They only cost a couple bucks each.

Nice. Good to see I'm not the only onewho uses the Charger as an alt mode in pics. The dog head make sense, doesn't it? Polic dog, minion, get it?

Cheap pens huh? Funny because i figured you used expensive stuff judging by the quality of the line work.

My ink pens are kinda expensive and dont flow very well, so i cant get very good lines out of them. More isnt always better it seems...
