Just trying out a more cartoony/animated syle. Not so heavy on the details I usually like to throw in...

He looks quite happy.

I like the style, that's very cool. It's sort of like the cartoon, but with a touch more realism in it. The background looks really well-done, too.
The only thing that concerns me is the combining of the fig and the background. If you tilt your head so the horizon's more-or-less level (which it would be), you realise how off-balance he appears, and it suddenly looks more awkward. Is that deliberate?

I guess you might call it freestylin' or improvising with a lack of planning (or lack of art schooling). I just drew him alone first, tilted like that. I guess it didn't look right to me, so make more sense of it I put in the background tilted to match up with his pose and to have a different perspective. The physics may be off.

It's nicely made. Like his pose, and the angle adds up to it. Nice lines too, don't think I could pul off that inking.

Maybe he's using a small floating island as a surfoard to ride a tsunami...

Thats quite an interesting way to do his feet there....that style might actually come in handy for when i (if i ever get around to it) build my alt bumblebee. I like it when people draw things which can be used as schematics unintentionally. I did the same thing with my fembot.

Anyway nice work.

Thanks! :D Bumblebee is pretty popular, but his original figure in my opinion left much to be desired. I mean he has these Huge feet. I tried to minimize his feet and keep that look and also have some shins that feature car parts.
E.J. Su's version from the current IDW comics is my favorite so far. Here's his Bee' in action...
