Killer Mask made for an independent film

Hey all, hopefully this is allowed even though it isn't a TF.

This is a mask I made for an independent horror film being produced. The theme of the killer is that he strangles people with barbed wire. The mask has 2 distict looks to it. One side is old rotted skin that's been stitched together, and the other side is fresh and still gooey skin that's also been stitched into the mask. **yes Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw was an influence here, I was told to make him, "Like Leatherface, but nastier!"**

I ended up making some 'safe' barbed wire from scratch to string around the mask so it looks like the wire is also stiched into the mask holding it together, and I secured it to the stunt mans head using some leather and buckles.

It came out really nice and nasty and I'm looking forward to seeing the film. **soon I hope, seems like production is taking forever**

Hope you like the pics, and thanks for looking.

Dude that is awesome!
I'll buy that DVD, if it comes out in Germany just to say a guy I kinda know made that mask.
What is the film about, a mad killer? :P

thanks for the comments.

All I know is it's a huge, I mean HUGE **wrestler size** crazy guy who runs around killing people with barbed wire.

I'm eager to see the movie myself, it's the first mask I've made for a film instead of a collector and it seems like it's taking forever for it to get done.

I hope you get successful with it and can do a lot more stuff like that.

Nah, it's just a hobby. I make lots of masks for collectors. Myers, Jason, Freddy, etc. Things like that. And I use to make 'real' razor/freddy gloves before I started doing the masks.

It's all for fun though. Trying to do it and make real money at it just becomes a giant headache. I've been doing music for years and so far that pretty much pays the bills, so I'll probably stick with that.

Here's a couple other things for you.

Captain Kirk, Myers Part 2, Myers Part 4

Razor glove replica of the original-made to look like the scene in Nightmare on Elm Street part One, when Nancy's mom takes the old beat up glove out of the furnace.

One of my favorite pics. My youngest client ever with his new Jason part 3 and part 6 hockey masks. I actually met his parents and made sure it was ok with them for their son to get some "killer" hockey masks, lol.

I'm glad this is allowed since it's not TF related. And non of this is spam, I'm not trying to sell anything, everything pictured is long sold and gone. Just sharing pics,...cuz pics are cool, lol.

I'm just imagining what it would sound like to put all 4 of those in one song....

Death Metal is that the kind of Metal in which they growl?

I'm more of a Rock/Hard Rock/HipHop/Instrumental/Alternative guy, basicly I listen to anything that sounds good.
