Rider all the way! Spawn may be overpowered but the one thing he still has is his soul and Al killed a loooot of people, and that was before dying! Time to roast the dead guy!

Well depending on which version you look at Ghost Rider is either literally the Spirit of Judgement chosen by both sides to keep the balance and more powerful then both. Or a supremely powerful demon who had his memories erased and then was bond to a human so a more powerful demon could keep an eye on him.

In either case I think he'd whoop Spawn's crispy ass.

Spawn would so lose the rider is almost invinceble the only thing that can kill him is magic and I don't know if Spawn has that. Oh by the way if clainon does the art I would so buy that even if his Gost Rider lacs a nec.
