another digibash of C. Unicron. I could have changed the head (and i might still), but as far as we know they have used up their remolding budget on Primal and Cheetor. I am assuming it would be easy to produce the mold without putting the horns on, but i could be wrong.



However, if they did remold the head...

I think this is more suitable for Universe Tankor, who is Rhinox. I also consider the repaint of Megabolt to be Universe Tankor, since the colors are so close.
I think either head you put on there looks kinda creepy. I wonder if he would look any better with Cybertron Landmine's head.

I'd use Cybertron Landmine for Rhinox straight up personally. This mold just seems too thin in bot mode. Too sleek.

I'm going to have to completely disagree. The rest of the bot might be a rhinox homage, but the head is the one thing that doesn't fit at all for me. above the eyes its all squared off, two squares being the heighest parts like the old seekers, where as rhinox had a mowhawk look with rounded upper head. Rhinox has two thin raised eyebrows. Saido has a thick helmut brow, with a huge rectangle crest in the middle. Also, Saido/ Backstop has teeth sticking up and a creece in the middle of his chin. Rhinox has neither.

Rhinox this, Rhinox that, blah, blah, blah...

Upon further inspection: Yes, I agree and take back my comment. The fact remains, though, that all you would pretty much have to do is swap the heads. I mean... I forget Backstop's toy size, but I do remember that TMR was Deluxe (as most all TM's were. ). So, if Backstop is the same size... Then it would work to just swap heads, nes pas?

And I still wanna see a digibash of this. :3 I don't have the skills for such a venture... -.-;

apologies, it does resemble TM Rhinox. Having never made a TV apperence, I completely forgot about that mold. In my mind he went straight from normal Rhinox to Tankor. TMR does have the teeth and the thick browline, so those heads are quite alike. plus TMR has that squished short round look to the head aswell.

Yes, the body is a Rhino, making it a perfect Rhinox choice, its just when you first mentioned it you didn't even mention the body, just the head, which in my mind was the one thing that needed to be switched out. Thats the only reason I objected.

hmmm, after seeing the official BotCon Rhinox, I'm surprised how well that head suits the character.
