The Energon Pub

This was a commission request of the brothers on one of their less agreeable days similar to the G1 animated style. I had a tough one deciding where they should be, inside or outside, so I opted for a "quiet room", a little sound proof area in the back of the ark where they could resolve arguments from time to time.

I think the gun might be a little much. I can see them coming to blows, but not using weapons on each other. I like how you have Prime stepping in though, and the overall look is great.

SideSwipe is just going to singe that nice yellow paint of Sunstreaker's...

You know I've been a fan for over two decades and just noticed they both have the same initials of SS of I may have just forgotten LOL

Actually, they both have the same initials of 'S' - their names are both spelt as one word.

Nice one, G. I agree with Tentagil that I wouldn't see them using guns against eah other - especially Sideswipe (if either of them would, it'd be 'Streaker), - but a gorgeous bit of work nonetheless.

With the second pic, are you suggesting that you don't get very good reception in your area..?

In terms of the gun, I can see a situation where the 'bot are about to engage the 'cons and Swipe has his gun in hand and then he and Streaker start to argue. He may have not had the intent to actually use the gun on Streaker, but just have had it in his hand at the time. Prime sees the potential danger and just steps in to make sure Streaker doesn't get the best of him for Swipe to actually go down that route.

The truth is, the person who commissioned this piece requested that I have Sideswipe holding his gun. Thanks for the comments. More to come!
