Tyrannus - Original Character

NAME: Tyrannus
FACTION: Decepticon
FUNCTION: Second-in-Command in training
MOTTO: “There’s nothing more annoying than a good example.”
Strength: 10
Intelligence: 10

PROFILE:
Tyrannus is ruthless and merciless in both word and deed. He says what he means and means what he says; and he doesn’t care at all whose feelings or opinions he tramples on. Most of the time he appears standoffish and intimidating; to those he dislikes he can come across as downright menacing. Tyrannus loathes games of any kind; mind games, word games, fun games, etc. He finds them insulting, patronizing, and a complete waste of his time. He doesn’t tap dance around issues or beat around the bush; and if you try it with him, he’ll cut you off at the knees in short order. He’s a no-nonsense type of person.
Tyrannus’ no-nonsense attitude is not borne of hatred. He simply refuses to be pushed around and toyed with. He sees conviction as a necessity of command, rather than a choice.
Despite the implications of his name, Tyrannus is learning that ruling with an iron fist isn’t necessarily the most effective way. He has taken it upon himself to study great leaders of the past and present to discover what worked for them. His goal is to learn from others in order to become the best leader he can and eventually to join the great leaders of the past. Tyrannus has an innate sense of loyalty, duty, honor, and fairness. If he must mete out punishment, it shall always fit the crime.
Tyrannus and his father, Megatron are extremely standoffish with each other. Tyrannus is skeptical of his father’s motives and views him with a rather cynical attitude, especially where family is concerned. Regardless, Tyrannus is loyal to his father and the Decepticon cause, preferring to keep his differences with his father separate from that of his duties.
STRENGTHS:
Tyrannus is superb in hand to hand combat and thrives on adversity. His best ideas form when it seems like a situation would offer no solution. He is extremely disciplined and quick to take the initiative. Tyrannus is also gifted with a very calm and rational demeanor; he is extremely difficult to rattle emotionally and is able to maintain a very level head in pressure situations.
WEAKNESSES:
Tyrannus standoffishness sometimes comes across as condescending or snobby; though this is not intentional. Also, his standoffish personality makes it somewhat hard for him to make close friends, and for them to get to know him and for him to get to know them.
Tyrannus is extremely cynical and skeptical.
