Any tips on how I could colour my pictures on the computer with light and shadows like on that pic? Anyway I like your pic.

Not as good looking as the others, i must say.
He looks more like one of the robots from that go-bots cartoon (the "newer" one.)

Hi, all... some questions have popped up already?
Here goes:
Kalon: Yes, I can draw more than just animated style. This was, in fact, a first attempt at drawing something this way and was done for fun and maybe a laugh or two.
christron101: There's plenty of ways to do it, this one in particular was done using lighter and darker shades of the same colour placed in the appropriate areas to give it the effect, that's how I do it when I'm drawing with flash. Photoshop on the other hand, is another story altogether. When colouring in photoshop I tend to make two seperate layers (or one if I'm lazy) set the transparency to 50% and draw in black and white over the top of my colours.

The body and every thing is sweet but the head I'm iffy on Just I can't see the animated megs morphing into that. But other than that good job
