Also one of the best responses in my opinion.

I disagree, a person might have the time of their life in making a picture, but if it is bad or even offensive to others, the artist will not get any props for it. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

It reminds me of a picture somebody else did of a baby Starscream that was posted on the Transformersthemovie site. It was of G1 Starscream, and he had big baby eyes and a pacifier in his mouth and was reaching up as if he wanted to be picked up. It was cute

I do agree with you in general, but as it applies to this pic in particular, which is neither bad nor offensive, I think it still stands as a good reply.

Yeah, it's just a doodle... it took me like 30 seconds to draw.

I'm working on a much better piece now, I've been working on it for two days and plan to colour it tonight, post it in a new thread soon, with a link to my new Deviant Art account.

I will be doing commissions (of a much better quality than Baby 'Screamer here, don't worry ) and posting new artwork every now and then now that University is done and I finally have time to draw again!

Hey, I'm not saying I didn't like the drawing, as you can see in my previous posts, I liked it very much. It's just that I'm not a fan of abstract art, with all that "it's the effort put into it, not the image itself" reputation that goes with it. So when Grimsqueaker wrote his reply, it just brough back all of my sour memories of abstract art. That's it, nothing to do with the Starscream picture, just a statement about art in general.
