I still plan to add the senate chamber and maybe a litle more detail if i can fit it in, but apart from that i think it's pretty much done otherwise...

if you havent tried sketchup its free... and with some practice, also ideal for making kool transformer stuff.

these pics are straight out of the models, the lighting effects on 2 of meg's are also in the model as renders.

megatron is 100% fully poseable, and Kaon is built to scale to him...

if you have sketchup, download the models and tell me what you think.

Not too shabby. I really love the Megatron holding skull pic alot, I like you're style of 3D imaging ^_^

You should try animating.

Awesome!
And as he's posable, he'll be able to be used in an animation.
I'll try that once!

yea, if you're so inclined google can be great for animation... i got wrapped up in that for about a month and i said "ok its time to stop now." VERY time consuming, but that's just the nature of animation.

the time was well spent tho, because i learned all about layers and scenes in sketchup.

the layers are what make it possible for there to be 4 different poses in the model and you only see one at a time.

Wow. All of these guys look like they were supposed to be in the Cybertron series. We need a wholes series featuring G1 rendering like this. Or all of G1 re-rendered like this.....nice work!
