Destructive Art

Well, hiya, folks, I used to roam transtopia forums until they got moved here and I stopped posting a long time ago. While in there, I also used to post some pencil sketches once in a while.

So, with a couple of sketches under the arm, I post them there, just to add some pics to the forum, heh

First, this one's in some non-canon continuity (A fanfic idea, to be precise) I was inspired by one of the 2k7's music themes, like most of my pics, lineart was done with pencils and colors with photoshop. It has not much of an explanation, Megatron (The stabbed one) destroyed some autobot cities destroying some thousands of bots in the process, autobot Polaris Prime (The one doin' the stabbin') lost it and both went to battle, the only thing I can say's that the deceps'll have to find a new leader after this:

Here's another sketch, tryin' to do some comic-like page, a Fortress Maximus redesign by me:

After a few tweaks and cleaner lines.

Here, a couple of concepts of the fortress mode and a close-up to the face-chest of the mechanic behemoth to show some details, you can see the weapons drawn (Those little doors are rocket launchers and the bars are cannons)

That's it for now, later, buddies.

Fortress reminds me a little of the Primus toy, esp in the chest.

Heh, it's good you liked my Fortmax design ^^

Here are a couple more of sketches:

Roadblock, an Autobot for a fanfic, he's designed after Energon Rodimus:
Image

This is some sort of female alter ego of Megatron, her name is Gravitron:
Image

After I watched 2k7 movie, I begun to think a concept design for Galvatron, this is what I got:

Later, folks.

I dig Gravitron.

I also like Gravitron a lot, the main problem I find with female transformers is how to make their bodies fit into their alternate mode, that's no easy task.

Long time no see, folks, here I drop another sketch for those who want to take a look.

I tried here to draw some comic-cover-style picture:

This other one's some 2k7-movie-style design:

I'm glad you liked Gravitron, Quickfire, she's one of my favorite designs.

Here're some more designs:

My take on Bludgeon, this time he splits and transforms into both a tank and a spaceship:
Image

A design I made for a friend, called Eternal, he transforms into a panther and a ship as well:
Image

And finally, a design of Megatron, this one's the same as the one in the first picture I posted in this topic:

Man that's awesome. Bludgeon looks cool in that tank mode. I like Eternal, he turns in to a panther AND a ship. How cool is that? And Megatron's smokin'! Literally. Sweet!

Triplechangers like Eternal are a pain to design, but once you get to do them, they look pretty good.

I post now some more sketches, some were old ones I posted at transtopia forums, and some others are more recent:

This is a nameless predacon, based on the greek mythology creature Scylla:
Image

This is Dreadnought, she transforms into a nightmare:
Image

Starcrush, an unicorn Maximal:
Image

Skyboom, a pegasus:
Image

Tidalcon, a sea horse:
Image

Tombstone, a cockatrice:
Image

Onyx Griffin, a griffon:
Image

Predaking, a chimera:
Image

Cobra, this one was based in BW Quickstrike:
Image

And to finish for today, Darkstrike, another design for a friend, this one has four modes: Robot, beast, tank and plane:

That's it for now, pals.

Hiya, folks, it was a long time since I last dropped by, I notice that the page has changed a bit, that's good.

I haven't drawn many stuff lately, so I'll drop this sketch, that's based on a fanfic I begun and never finished a long time ago:

I was trying to do some sort of comic book cover with this, these are the autobots:
Image

And in the "back cover" there were the deceps:
Image

The two things combined give this, but they don't match exactly because I didn't planned to make a two-page pic from the beginning:
Image

This is just the pencils, I still have to ink that mess so I can color it (Easier said than done xD). I was trying to follow the aesthetics of Tf Animated.
