Fill in ur own text for the ultamite battle comic-it was kinda my own take on the ultamite battle and how megs got his tank form, i was thinking tf the movie-but prime and megs get upgraded rather than dying!

THat could be fun-i an gonna graduate from art college now this june-so i am spending the summer putting together a new profolio-i may make a mock up of the ultamite battle comic, i had some great ideas while drawing it! I really wanna have Prime ask the wreckers to stop the rebels, and when asked if they should use leathal force to stop them he replies,

How cool would prime killing autobots to save megatron for the greater good be!?!?!?!

Prime killing autobots?!?! That just cant happen....i dotnt hink it would go down too well. But an ultimate battle comic would be a cool idea, maybe we could work together on it?

I dunno, i could imagine a really really desperate prime, he knows he needs the decpticons help to defeat unicron or else all hope is lost, and these rebel autobots-although they mean well-will desroy everything! I cant see prime being happy, or choosing it lightly, but if push comes to shove, a real leader is willing make sacrafices!

Erm i didnt really time myself as i never do but i think it was about 2 or 2 and a half hours or so. My hand hurts now though, im so rusty!

Hmm...after giving it some more though i kinda like your idea more. A grittyer prime would be really interesting, and as long as its told properly, telling the story of prime killing a few of his own men to save millions of innocent lives...

2 weeks-all my **** goes down on May 26th-that is my final submission date for college-then i am officially an artist.

U were saying something in the other thread about any explody background? U adding digital stuff? Because i freaking hate doing that stuff-but generally like how it looks!

No the BG is gonna be all hand drawn, i cant draw digitally, it gets on my nerves and i prefer a good old fashioned pencil anyway.

How does one "officially" become an artist though? This kinda confuses me a bit. Is it purely an acedemic thing because if so i dont agree with that.

You dont need a snobby diploma to be a good artist. If you have talent, and can prove that, then thats all you need.

I dont call myself an artist mainly because i have a very low opinion of myself, and because i dont see anything i do as real "art". Ive never taken an art class in my life, and i dont plan on doing so either.

I agree with the nondigital stance, personally i hate using computers for much oter than seibertron and ebay-Offically an artist is that i have been busting a gut at one of the hardest art colleges in the world (we have a 1% acceptance rate, and something like a 30% drop out rate)

So i will have my degree soon-althoguh u can be an artist and self taught, it opens doord professionally if u have a good name behind u. So it is offically an artist ratherthan accually an artist

I see. Well since i have nor ever did have any aspirations to do any of this stuff profesionally i guess it doesnt matter.

Not like i could have if i wanted to though, since i left school when i was 10 so no college would ever accept me if i wanted to learn something sinee they are all stuck too far up their own asses to give anyone else a chance. (i know this from experiance too)

Yeah i was tempted a couple of times to quit, particularly because its a doublebarrel degree, art+teaching=hella lot of work! I am reallly really gonna enjoy working on my own **** this summer while i pull together my portfolio

Be sure to show us any TF-related work you might happen to include in that 'folio of yours!

Naturally, there will be a bit of tf-ing going on, and i will post them here-i would definatly love to work for idw on any project, but tf would be a dream!

My parents were 3500 miles away, and i fell in love, and needed someone to be with or i was gonna kill myself cos i was sick of being alone in life.....yep thats pretty much what possessed me to get married at 19.

And thing is...i dont regret it one bit! Like i said, i wouldnt be here now if it wasnt for her.

Anyway, enough of this depressing BS or your gonna end up having to see a shrink if i keep on. I dont like burdening people with my sob story, no one cares, tales.
