The hilarious thing about Ryan recovering my account is he removed my new HMW team, which actually had more EXP than the one my old account had (which already had lost its team in the past, hence level 0s)
... If any of you have every played Planescape:Torment. My account is starting to feel like Nameless One...
*laughs*

I wouldn't worry about it. I had to start from scratch when I returned in February. Now I have a L7 that I'm rather pleased with. The slog though L0 is awful but as soon as you get to L1 it is possible to get a half decent team again quite quickly.

I'm not worried, really. I actually found it all quite funny. Ryan was a top guy for repairing everything as best he could.
Since I've been back - I've realized how much I missed the community here.

If you REALLY want to know I spend it in a small office fixing other peoples mistakes whilst listening to 70s disco music.

Here I thought you didn't get paid for dealing with us here at HMW. You also deal with other parts of this site as well. Seriously though, what real work problems do you try to fix?

I don't "try", I "do".
I originally started off as Financial Controller, so I look after the finance side of the business, but it expanded to look after IT, Marketing, sometimes warehousing, quite often Sales, and most recently I've had Purchasing dumped on me. Unfortunately I work with people who don't understand the concept of "following procedure" so I end up having to constantly remind them of how things should be done and in some cases, just fixing it because I can't be bothered to wait for them to do it (and run the risk of them **** it up even more).
10 more days and it's 10 years ...

It's always "fun" when you work with people who don't know how to follow procedure. Not.

Asking a daft question, but will you get something nice for being there ten years?

Stores closed. Had a party with a lot of booze. Took me a week to recover. So what'd I miss? Did the Decepticons finally conquer the world?

Long service leave. Not that I can have extended time off due to people **** up payroll.
Plus I need the human interaction or the anxiety kicks in.

Strangely enough, after the last event the Bots are occasionally managing to hold their own... In bursts anyways.
All in all it's seems activity in all parts has slowed significantly but I'm blaming that on people doing summer things.

So what you're saying is I can go back to sleep? lol
In all seriousness, closing Toys R Us was a lot more depressing then I thought it would be. I wanted to participate in the June game and the one weekend war, I just couldn't muster up the desire to do anything.

Don't worry there will be plenty of bots to crush once you are back in the mood I've felt that way a lot recently too.

I think the World Cup/Wimbledon/Tour De France/whatever other summer sporting occasions are on may have had an effect on things too.

Seemed like this needed a bump.
What's going on bittie Bots? Yesterday yinz were swarming all morning, in fact it wasn't until the afternoon that I was in a winning mission. I was almost impressed.
Today you're all hibernating again & I've been largely unopposed (or might as well be in some cases).
