Wasn't sure if this was a bug or something out of my control
On my
Mortar-fied profile, it shows I had a mission
http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/view_mission.php?mission_id=162673But when I clicked the mission, I'm not in it.
I also took a screenshot from my index page, and it verifies that I was not in it.

I noticed that yesterday, I've been told it happens a lot when you join a mission with very little time left. YOu had to manually CR your character, too, right?

Things have been a little "off" since the server switch.
Don't have any answers yet. I'll see what we can do.

It happened again with my
Turboflame.

Yeah, I had to. That's not good. So much for being a good samritan for my out-numbered Decepticon comrades.

Oh good. As long as you know about, that's cool.

Why would you have to manually CR a character who's not in the mission? Surely he wouldn't have been injured in the first place?

Glitches it up somehow. There's a mission countdown and everything, but the character's just not in the log.

My thoughts exactly, how could he be phyically injured (in my case, died) if he was not in a mission?
The "Stargate"/"wormhole"/"transporter" absorbed the physical body and only sent the spirit to watch the teammates die.
I wonder if we could sell this glitch to Ebay, as per "Anti-Sniping" at the last few seconds

Not rich at all. I didn't even get the basic "mission win pts/€" for those Decepticon wins.
...and yeah, hard to swallow.

This'd worked better if they let the medic in.

Got one myself.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v136/burnscrap/Image1.jpgManual cr was required too. I'm certain there was at least 20 seconds left to join but it was cutting it close.
I missed out on a chance to beat up Lucky.

Third one in 2 days. Its joining in the last minute that triggers it, this one had 45 seconds left when Steel was sent.

I've had it happen a few times in the last few days too.. I just avoided entering missions in the last minute, although that's usually the good ones left to join.

It's happened to me about 4-6 times since the server switch. Rather annoying. Especially when you're automatically dead after the fact.

get as many details about each instance you see as possible. I need to know all the circumstances behind one of these missions before I can start troubleshooting it because I can't duplicate the problem in my development environment.

Wild guess, The old server is reading Bot x's entry. The new server however, does not. Since the battle is operating on the new system, we hve a phantom. Being Stasis Locked is just the effect pof swapping realities. And since they didn't take place in a battle in this reality, they don't earn anything. (or vice-versa)
Just a guess from an un-educated techie though

Um.. I'm finding that missions are over and logs available when there's about the same 44 seconds left in them. Might be a clue as to what's going on.. I'm hoping.

(
This was all done using my computer at home, which has WinXP SP2 with IE v6, by the way.)
I waited until there was about 30 sec. remaining before putting Priestess into a
cross-level mission to see if I experienced the issue as well. The result came back an unfortunate positive. The mission says 6/6 for my side, but Priestess has apparently only sent an astral projection of herself.

______________________
Edit: ~35 seconds left, Ascendant and one other bot didn't "join"
http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/view_mission.php?mission_id=165171~45 seconds remaining, Ransom's namesake not showing
http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/view_mission.php?mission_id=165197______________________
Edit 2: 55 sec., Extricate makes it in
http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/view_mission.php?mission_id=16519650 sec. and Ransom's Survei shows up
http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/view_mission.php?mission_id=165213------
Edit 3: Ascendant and Priestess came out with 0 xp/€0 & needing an hour in the CR. Despite having been said to be in a mission (status bar and character profile), they still do not show up or even get mentioned in the mission log
anywhere nor on the HMW index page.
The outcome was the same for Ransom's namesake.
