Hmmm, how do i enter more than one of my autobots into one mission?

You can't.

What!? None of my team can't in the same mission!
What use are weapon alt-modes then? My plans ruined now...

they transform and use themselves. a weapon alt mode does not need someone to wield them. every transformer can transform and be used without any other transformer to use them (they can only transform when their tactics are upgraded).

why enter the same missons that no fun

Your weapon alt-modes aren't for use by other Transformers. The alt-mode determines what tactics (special abilities) the character has. In the case of a weapon, it gives the character the Strafe tactic, which lets it fire off several attacks at once.
